We have a large number of benefits claimants on "safeguard" which results in their Housing Benefit being paid to us directly.

Basic Management

	Ongoing supervision and rent collection with monthly detailed statements	£10 weekly This is fee is taken out of rent recieved

Full Management

	Find and process tenant and guarantor up to move-in stage [and more*]	£285 paid once
	Ongoing supervision and rent collection with monthly detailed statements. Comprehensive vetting and referencing	£20 weekly This is fee is taken out of rent recieved
