Our fees are NOT plus VAT

	£499 sales commission. No VAT.
	Sales commission payable on legal completion
	NO SALE – NO FEE!

	£25 per month until it sells and no other fees at all!
	And you can even use another agent at the same time!! (Because when it sells we won't be charging any commission)
	No Set up fee
	No fee charged upon final completion
	We simply charge £25.00 per month and thats all
	Minumin 3 Months contract
